BANANA MINI SNICKERS BARS

 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

2 bananas (will make 16 bars)

PB2 powder

1/2 cup diced walnuts (or peanuts or other nut of choice!)

Just Date Syrup

dark chocolate ( I use either nestle semi sweet chocolate morsels or Enjoy life mini dark chocolate-those are vegan!)

 

 METHOD

 

Bite size perfection! A delicious little treat that everyone will appreciate!

  1. Peel each banana and cut into 3-4 equal sized pieces (depending on size of banana).

  2. Cut eat piece in half.  You should now have approximately 12-16 pieces. 

  3. Take 3 tbsp of PB2 powder (I use PB2 powder whenever  I can because it cuts the calories and it’s just as good!  Takes an extra step to add water to make the peanut butter but that’s really the only issue!) and slowly add water to powder until you reach your desired consistency (it should be easily spreadable but not watery).

  4. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter to top of each banana piece.

  5. Drizzle by hand diced walnuts on top of each piece.

  6. Drizzle out Just Date Syrup on top of each piece.

  7. Melt chocolate and allow to cool so it’s not too hot.

  8. Drizzle chocolate by spoon on top (you don’t need a lot!).

  9. Refrigerate and enjoy!!!
