“As the HR Manager of a Medical Specialty Practice, I have experienced the value of enhancing the employee benefit package by contracting the services of Luxe Health Coaching. Our staff was assured that participation was voluntary and would be confidential. Many of our employees were isolated during Covid-19 and the individual customization of the program and personal interaction with the coaches helped to boost morale as well as allow time for employees to focus on their personal health and well-being. The one on one coaching sessions were personalized to the individual’s emotional, dietary and physical needs and goals.
The majority of the staff that chose to engage were forthcoming and supportive of each other which led to recreating camaraderie that was lost during the pandemic. From an employer standpoint, employee attendance and retention has improved. Employees have experienced significant health awareness and improvement in medical conditions.

Melissa came to Luxe Health Coaching with three main objectives: to lose weight; to feel more energized and motivated; and to gain control over food. We worked together for 6 months. We focused both on her nutrition as well as areas of her life that nourish her “off the plate” which included exercise, spirituality, career and relationships to name just a few. “I came to Luxe Health Coaching because I wanted to make a change. I was at a complete loss and my weight was the highest it’s been in many years. I had no clue what I was doing. I wanted to lose around 15lbs, have more energy so I could feel like myself again, and feel better about myself as a whole. Dina helped me by encouraging me through every step. She was available by text or email at any time and forced me to be really honest with myself about my habits. Dina genuinely cares about people and thrives on seeing them succeed. She’s honest and never gives advice that she wouldn't follow herself. She is real and was realistic with me throughout the whole process.
Since beginning the program I’ve noticed that I am so much more confident in how I look. The negative talk I used to say to myself has lessened. I don’t feel controlled by food anymore. I am in control. My clothes are also fitting me much better now, with some of them even being too big.
Working with Dina has given me the tools I needed to help turn everything around. I now understand health, nutrition and accountability and I have my confidence back. Not only that but I feel I am setting a good example to my family. Dina has taught me to live healthfully and for that I am eternally grateful.”
