Berry Beet Smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

1 package of frozen strawberries

1 beet

1 cup Ripple or other plant based milk

1 tablespoon of Just Date Syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 tablespoon chia seeds

 METHOD

 

The great thing about a smoothie is that you can enjoy it all year long as a meal or as a snack; in a glass or in a bowl!  It’s so versatile.  And the best part of making them at home is that you know exactly what goes in them-you decide!

  1. In a food processor, mix together all ingredients one at a time.

  2. If preferring to enjoy in a bowl, can add toppings such as: additional mixed berries, coconut, or granola.
