Cheesy kale chips

 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

1 bunch of kale, washed and stems removed

2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil

⅓ cup nutritional yeast

Salt and pepper to taste

 METHOD

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Wash and dry the kale (leave it to sit on paper towels for a few hours).

  3. In a bowl mix the kale and oil and massage the kale for a few minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and mix with your hands.

  5. Place kale on a large baking sheet, spreading evenly, trying not to overlap the pieces.

  6. Bake on center rack for 15 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
