Chocolate banana popsicles

 
 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

1 cup oat milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

3 tbsp date syrup or maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp cocoa powder

popsicle mold

 METHOD

 
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.

  2. Taste the batter to see if you need any additional sweetener, cinnamon, or cocoa powder.

  3. Pour into popsicle molds.

  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

  5. Submerge in warm water for a few seconds to loosen popsicle from mold prior to eating.
