Greek salad minis

 
 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

4 cucumbers

1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives

1/2 cup crumbled feta

1 pint grape tomatoes chopped

1 garlic cloves minced

1 lemon juiced

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Cavender’s Greek Seasoning

Salt & Pepper to taste

 METHOD

 
  1. Cut cucumbers into 2 inch pieces and scoop out the seeds with a melon baller or spoon to create a cup.

  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the cucumber cups.
