Hummus and crudites

 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

15oz can of chickpeas

2 tbsp tahini

1.5 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder (or a clove of garlic)

A dash of cumin, paprika or any other
flavor of choice

 METHOD

 

Another easy and delicious recipe you can whip up quick for your family or friends to enjoy! Great with vegetables as a dip!

  1. Toss it all in a food processor or high
    speed blender. I make mine oil free by
    adding in a few tbsp of aquafaba from the can of chickpeas until it's the perfect consistency. If using oil, you may need
    about 1/4 cup.
