Chocolate covered nut butter stuffed dates

 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

Fresh dates

Nut butter of choice

Dark chocolate (I use Hu dark chocolate nibs)

Sea salt

 METHOD

 
  1. Slice open dates and remove pit.

  2. Fill the cavity of the date with nut butter, approximately 1 teaspoon and put the two halves back together.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate in microwave safe dish.

  4. Gently roll the date in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper on a small baking sheet.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and put in the freezer.
