sweet salad

 

INGREDIENTS

 
 

Roasted carrots, beets, and yams

(per 1 cup, total, diced)

1.5 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp black pepper

pinch of salt

 

 METHOD

 
  1. Roast at 385 degrees F, 25 minutes, flip halfway through.

  2. Serve!
